Gave the ol’ foodblog a refresh and now it’s time to resuscitate it. Especially with my BFFs all going abroad, leaving me an abundance of time I never had, I need a few new projects to embark on. You’re lookin’ at one of them.
I cook because I have a love affair with food. I cook at least every other day, always working, trying new things, exploring and all that jazz. Hopefully this leads to a posting frequency of better than once a blue moon, but we’ll see.
I truly believe the best way to have good food is to make it yourself. Only you know what you like, and cooking really ain’t that hard. All you need is a little bit of know-how, a dash of go-get-‘em and a mind full of ideas. Chef Gusteau from Ratatouille was right: “Anyone can cook!” Even lazy college students! This blog will be as unpretentious and unassuming as possible, and hopefully you, dear reader, can use it as a resource for your culinary adventures.
