Parmesan cheese
**Special Ingredients: A splash of whole milk, for extra creaminess. Arabbiata sauce has quite a kick because it’s typically made with red chilis, but in an attempt at cross-cultural fusion I substituted Madras curry powder for the spiciness.
I love Indian food. I love Italian food. Put ‘em together, and BAM! Nomzizzle.
