- Chicken breast

- Coconut milk
- Madras curry powder
- Ginger

- **Special ingredient: Peas! For a nice balance of color and additional texture.
Curries are found all over Asia (curry is a concept, NOT at all a strict recipe), and this is kind of a mix. Madras curry powder is definitely Indian, but other things, such as coconut milk (Thai/Malaysian), carrots (Japanese), and broccoli (you tend to see cauliflower rather than broccoli in Indian curries), are not. Very yum.
