Lebanese yogurt chicken
- Chicken breast
- Plain yogurt
- Lemon juice
- Lemon zest
- Onion (red and yellow)
- Garlic (lots of it)
- Paprika
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oregano
This is definitely one of my faves, since I used to always ask Mommy to make this. Put everything in a large ziploc and marinate in the fridge for at least 3 hours. Serve with rice, flatbreads, toast, or whatever!
